The professional we seek will act as the senior leader and central contact for the region, responsible for the overall Asia strategy, financial performance and operations for the automotive and commercial vehicle market in Asia. This position will report in to the Vice-President, Power and Signal located in Solon, Ohio in the United States.


Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing a sales growth strategy for the Power and Signal Group, which includes but is not limited to sales territory, customer and supplier expansion, account penetration
• Managing assigned territories to exceed sales targets, increase market share and meet PSG objectives
• Drives strong supplier relationships and high visibility with strategic customers
• Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth and increased penetration in all products, services and technology
• Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff productivity and coaches as appropriate to increase results
• Coordinates proper PSG resources to ensure efficient and stable sales and sales growth
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
• Ensures that the internal organization and corresponding metrics are focused on high customer service levels
• Effective and efficient quote to cash process
• Coordinates with PSG Division Headquarters and Arrow Asia Pacific to ensure maximum leverage of both organizations
• Ensure a strong talent pool and succession process that includes a highly skilled and engaged workforce while ensuring low turnover

This results-oriented candidate will possess a minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing with 5 years in a leadership capacity. Excellent communication skills in English and country specific language coupled with superior interpersonal skills necessary. Excellent decision making, analytical and problem solving skills are a must. A strong technical background coupled with good understanding of electronic components required.

BS degree or equivalent experience, MS/MBA preferred.

Travel in assigned territory as well as globally 40% of the time.
