-Deliver finance and consultancy services to Division GM, R&D and Marketing organizations. -Partner with the business by providing analytical support & ensuring that the operations are conducted in line with financial policies and controls. -Deliver monthly P&L reporting package of the worldwide product line. Provide insights on the business performance, seeing trends and issues, and making recommendations of improvement for management team. -Worldwide product line planning, and support budgeting of R&D and Marketing. -Provide decision support & financial analysis for projects such as new product introduction and M&A, interfacing with business partners cross functions. -Represent finance at the staff meetings of GM, R&D and Marketing. -Lead or support business finance projects.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. -Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in multi-national companies. -Strong technical skills in accounting and finance areas. -Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandrian. -Demonstrated business acumen; understanding business strategies and the financial implications. -Demonstrated flexibility, independence and initiative to perform successfully in a rapidly changing environment. -Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills. -Demonstrated ability to analyze, develop and continuously improve processes and procedures. -Ability to contribute at the global/ strategic business level.
