Department : Application Delivery and Support

Supervisor: Senior Manager, Application Delivery and Support, Finance and HR Systems

Position Summary: Provide functional and technical leadership to the support team.



Responsibilities

1.Provide leadership and guidance to the support team

2.Provide 2nd level functional support for SAP HR/Payroll modules.

3.Provide functional support for reports, interfaces and enhancements and prepare design documents and detailed specifications for ABAP programming.

4.Maintain strong working knowledge of the HR/Payroll systems in order to effectively utilize its capabilities.

5.Analyse and provide solutions to issues/errors and new requirements.

6.Conduct user training.

7.SAP HR Authorization administration.

8.Ad-hoc projects.



Competencies

•In-depth hands-on configuration experience in SAP HR/Payroll modules is a must

•SAP Certification is a must

•User support and User training experience is a must

•4 HR/Payroll processes experience is a plus

•Familiarity with ABAP programming is a plus

•Experience with ABAP Query is a plus

•Experience in SAP HR security administration is a plus

•General Programming/System Analysis experience is a plus

•Strong analytical skill and problem-solving abilities

•Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

•Ability to work effectively with a variety of people across various levels

•Ability to multi-task, balance priorities and work under pressure

•Strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines



Mandatory requirement

1.Degree or equivalent

2.SAP Certified

3.Implemented at least two full life-cycle SAP HR/Payroll projects (Rel 4.6C or mySAP ERP), with in-depth hands-on configuration experience in at least three or more of the following SAP components:

• Personnel Administration

• Payroll

• Benefits

• Compensation Management

• Time Evaluation

4.Good knowledge of HR/payroll processes and business requirements
