Jones Lang LaSalle is currently undergoing unprecedented growth across the Asia Region, and as an Account Manager you will work internally with them to provide high-quality advice on their global property portfolio. Operating across all corporate and regional business lines to introduce best practise and maximise revenue streams, you will also provide a range of research and analytical capabilities, for example competitive analysis report, cash flow and depreciation analysis, to enable effective knowledge sharing, and provide robust advice to promote engagement and a winning contribution to common goals.

Your main responsibilities as an Account Manager will involve:

• Acting as a Client Relationship Manager in all aspects of service delivery
• Contributing to strategic planning, including leading on project kick-offs, developing proof of concepts, reviewing long lists of properties and recommending short lists of properties in conjunction with transaction management personnel
• Reviewing requests for proposals results and developing final recommendations.
• Overseeing the negotiation and execution of leases
• Providing direction in developing business cases
• Being accountable for overall project delivery, including ensuring strong connectivity between transaction management and project and development services teams
• Supplying strong leadership and oversight, including participating in the annual budgeting process, reviewing contractor selection and ensuring consistent audit compliance
• Offering advice in matters pertaining to general lease issues, including queries, lease terms, landlords etc.

Your skills and qualifications as an Account Manager will ideally include:

• A proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks, keeping escalations to a minimum
• Confidence operating in an environment with ambiguity, including aligning goals of the client’s business along with those of Jones Lang LaSalle
• Skills to approach tasks with initiative, a clear and efficient process, and a mind for creative problem solving
• A demonstrated ability to promote knowledge sharing, and to facilitate general process improvements
• The skills to act as an effective “trusted partner” status with clients
• Sound financial management skills, including the ability to add value through financial cost modelling
• Comfortable working onsite in a client environment, functioning across a vast geographic and cultural network
