The Global Software Development Centre (GSDC) is being created the bank to establish a globally focused, high quality, low cost software development capability in Singapore. The customers are based in London, New York and regionally in Asia. As well as delivering against commitments the development centre is also tasked with ensuring that best practices developed in Singapore
are deployed worldwide within the existing development teams.
Main Function:
Delivering the project against cost, schedule and quality.
People management of software developers and testers
Main Duties
This is a hands on role and includes the following planning and tracking:

• Project Risks
You are a senior project manager and you have:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in successfully managing projects in investment banking or related areas.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering or related areas.
Detailed knowledge and experience with the following standards/models are desirable:
Project Management Institute, PMBOK
IEEE SWEBOK
SEI Capability Maturity Model, (CMM).
SEI Capability Maturity Model Integrated, (CMMI).
Experience in one or more of the following areas within Investment Banking
Commodities
Money Markets
CMBS
RMBS
FX Derivatives
