A position has recently arisen for an Associate in the Hong Kong based Investment Banking Division of a world leading financial institution. The successful candidate will work directly with business lines and it is essential that they possess strong quantitative, qualitative and analytical skills. Primarily, this person will be expected to handle documentation works for IPO’s, drafting and preparing prospectuses, assisting in preparing pitch books and aiding seniors in identifying and securing new deals. The ideal candidate will have one to three years of practical experience in investment banking/corporate finance advisory execution and documentation in a well respected financial institution. Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are essential for the role. Holder of SFC license type 6 preferred.
