This international firm specializes in dealing with institutional investors, and offers a full spectrum of investment services to their clients. With global reach and a prominent presence in all major investment centers, they are now looking for an organized, enthusiastic candidate with strong marketing skills to join their team as their marketing coordinator.
Reporting to the SVP of Global Marketing based in Hong Kong, the key responsibilities of this role will be to provide marketing support to all business units across the region and the organization and coordination of corporate events. You will also have to collaborate with creative teams to launch corporate branding materials in the local offices, provide translation support for bilingual marketing collateral, press releases and presentations, and provide financial information to support relationship managers and sales teams.
The successful candidate will have 7 years experience in financial services marketing, with emphasis on event coordination and marketing coordination. You will have excellent time management skills with experience managing multiple projects in a deadline orientated environment, and you will also have first rate presentation skills. Fluency and literacy in both English and Cantonese is a must, Mandarin is advantageous.
