Our client, a leading international hotel and resort acquisition and development company, is currently looking for an experienced financial controller to lead its Asian operations.



Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the incumbent will be involved in developing a defined financial framework by playing an active role in controlling, compliance, internal control/audit issues, local and cross border tax issues, and the provision of value added regional financial data to head office.



To qualify, you must be an experienced professional with more than 3 years experience with a regional role. A leader and a business partner with strong financial skills who has achieved significant financial and career success during your career with experience in preferably more than one jurisdiction within the hotel/hospitality sector. Experience gained in a multi national organisation outside of home country is also preferred. You must be suitably qualified and have considerable experience in IFRS. Experience gained in construction accounting is preferred along with solid tax knowledge including cross border tax issues.
