Requirements
Being head of the department and member of company management team, the HRM is responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources activities including learning and development. He/she will provide proactive advice and counsel to the senior leadership of multiple functional departments in developing people strategies that align with and drive the department's and company's business objectives.
- University degree holder major in Human Resources Management or Hotel/Catering Management or above
- At least 8 years’ relevant experience in medium size multi-national company of which 3 years in managerial level
- Training experience will be definitely an advantage
- Well-versed of local employment and related ordinances
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint with basic skill in Chinese word-processing
